Welcome to Union Utopia, our home in a walkable neighborhood near downtown Appleton and Lawrence University. Perfect for a family or several couples, this home has 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed complete with a memory foam mattress. The living area on the 1st floor is large and flanked by a gas fireplace and cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas stove and dishwasher. The 2nd floor bathroom was recently remodeled and has a beautiful quartz countertop vanity.

- 1st floor contains kitchen, dining room, living room and half bathroom
- 2nd floor contains 3 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom (stand up shower only, no tub), and relaxing 3-season porch
- All bedrooms have Queen beds. One bedroom also includes a TV and dedicated workspace.
- Kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bakeware, and small appliances
- The living room has seating for the entire family, including at the game table in front of the cozy gas fireplace
- Toys and books for young children are located inside the storage cabinet in the living room
- All TVs have built-in Roku for streaming your favorite shows
- High speed internet for streaming or working from home.
- Washer and dryer located in basement. Detergent provided.
- Off-street parking for 4 vehicles

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in refillable containers to do our part to help the environment. Guests are welcome to supply their own toiletries if desired.
- Laundry pods and dryer sheets.
- Coffee, creamer, and sugar are available; however, we highly recommend you check out local coffee shops Tempest Coffee Collective or Copper Rock Coffee Company while you are in town.

This house is in a family neighborhood so noise level must be kept to minimum. We also stay here often with our own children when we are visiting family in town. If you are looking for a party home or are disrespectful to other people’s property, this is not the right place for you.

Lovely and relaxing

This home was so peaceful and the 3 season room was a lovely surprise. The seats in front of the fireplace are a great place to relax with a cup of coffee.

Great place to stay

Loved staying in this cute house. It was very relaxing and quiet and pretty central for everything we needed to do. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property

My family and I came up for the Packer vs. Chiefs game. We could have asked for a more perfect location. We were a short drive to the stadium as well as to some activities we had planned during our stay. The property was very nice. My whole family absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the Green Bay Area.

Welcome! I'm so excited to host you! I am born and raised in the Appleton area and now live in Madison, WI. We bought this house so our family would have somewhere to stay when we return to visit all of our relatives who still live in the area. My husband and I have two young boys who keep us busy and always on our toes. We LOVE to travel. My favorite places are Switzerland, The Netherlands, and anywhere on a lake in northern WI. In our free time we like to ride bikes with our kids, hang out on our front porch in the summer, eat ice cream (cookie dough is my favorite flavor) and enjoy a glass of red wine to cap off a long week.

Why they chose this property

I'm a sucker for character homes. I love the hardwood floors, built-in bookshelf in the living room, cozy feeling in the dining room and the fact that the bedrooms are still a decent size for an older home. I also love that this house is walkable to a few restaurants - although my kids want to eat hamburgers and French fries from Tom's Drive-In every day!
