No heater and bed are bot comfortable

The stove did not work easily and no one showed us things in the first day of arrival. The stove has one eye that worked with us, the bed is not comfortable at all while sleeping. Bed must be change to a new one. There are no enough kitchen equipments, no kettle and no enoughequipment to cook. The room is cold and there is no heater inside the apartment to warm the room. Uber is hard to him to know the pick up point at the lobby.

Hi Arwa, we are so sorry to read your comments but we need to explain what really happened. First of all need to be honest, and in 4+ years renting short terms never had this type of issues with guests. You were expecting a 5 stars hotel kind of service, with a full time concierge and house keeping which is quite different from short time rentals. We provide a clean apartment with all the amenities so you can feel like home. The apartment listing shows everything it has and unfortunately heater is not listed because is not common to use in bogota we don’t have winter seasons and we provide enough blankets without any complaints from guests. We provide you with all the instructions to use the stove but you were so impatient that did not stop to read and hear what we told you. We provide you with a step by step explanation and a written manual on how to use it bur it was not enough for you. Kitchen supplies are enough for a basic cooking for three, seems that you want to cook something “special” and for special requirements we do recommend you to ask in advance if the apartment includes those special utensils. We provide everything you need, explain every little thing you ask, but seems it was not enough for you, we are so sad to read your review.

Amazing value

The apartment came with everything you could possibly need it’s gorgeous looks just like the photos. The area is perfect it’s why I keep coming back. Best club in Colombia about a block away not just my opinion it’s literally ranked #1. Amazing coffee about two blocks away. ATM safely inside the building. Surrounded by Convenient stores drugstores. Grocery store is a few blocks away the Colombian equivalent of a Dollar store down the street. Only downside is the streets are busy and crowded and I mean crowded. because there are colleges businesses residences shopping budget dining and nightlife around you. And you’re in the middle of everything. Everything great about bogota is about $2.50 Uber away. This place is absolutely amazing for the Price. Almost didn’t feel like sharing so I can keep it to myself. And I almost forgot the view from the rooftop is amazing. And the view from the room is good too, love watching the planes dot the night sky even though the airport is across the city. 10/10 would recommend to young couples looking for nightlife ,conveniences and getting to feel what it’s like living as a upper middle class Colombian and not just a tourist.
