All five of the suites feature spectacular ocean views and private bath rooms – Three of these suites in the main
house and two detached casitas. TV room has a 85” screen for movie night and a smart tv in each bedroom.
Outside, you’ll find as much to enjoy as the inside. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, gas barbecue, al fresco dining area, 2
palapas & 1 pergola “shaded patio” Villa Felicidad is the epitome of comfort and fun. A perfect setting for a
destination wedding, reunion, or just a friends & family getaway!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all ceiling fans and AC units
Make sure all safety box Keys are in each safety
PLEASE!! Make sure and Double check you have all your personal belongings with you. As we can't send anything back to USA without customs stamp which requires the original invoice each item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Exception to Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless authorized by the Host. Check-In time 3:00 PM, Check-Out time 11:00 AM
Quiet time is10pm. Any complains about excessive noise, your agreement can be terminated, and you’ll be asked to leave and loss your rental amount.

Lovely property

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well appointed. The design of the house made it easy for some people stay up late and converse without disrupting those that went to bed early. Beds and linens were comfortable. Excellent views. It’s really an easy walk to town but there are Ubers and cabs everywhere. I would highly recommend this property.

As Advertized

Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town.
