These cozy homes are in the middle of everything! One of the few areas you can actually walk everywhere in Houston. Just a few steps away from coffee houses, clubs, bars, dinning, parks and must see city classics! Comfortable and charming, our homes feature artwork by David Miller one of our local partnering artists. The properties combined have 7 bedrooms and 6 full in suite bathrooms. They offer a nice bbq area with a view of the city, and can accommodate up to 20 people combined. The floor pans are very similar but one unit has a spare bedroom. And one unit has a nice downstairs patio. Please refer to the configurations of bedrooms and beds illustrated in the listing.

Our stay was wonderful. Weather was perfect for all the close bars and restaurants near by that were walking distant. Host was great and responded very quickly. They also provided us with local places to check out.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Not as it seems, and be weary of infrastructure...
DO NOT BOOK, OVERPRICED AND RUNDOWN, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM OWNER OR MANAGER
Here's the message I sent to the people running this property and I never received a response. I've never dealt with a more inconsiderate and dishonest property owner:
The infrastructure to the two townhomes was lacking and a bit rundown. The homes are not as the photos appear so there is a bit of bait and switch at hand it seems
First, the bugs in one of the queen bedrooms and then the handle falling off in my colleagues hand as she was trying to exit the room... she was stuck in there until one of us was able to get her out.
Second the aforementioned bedroom and the master bedroom in the other unit have french doors that don't stay shut. Both of my colleagues who were in those rooms reported the doors flying open in the middle of the night the first night because neither of them have the proper infrastructure to keep them securely locked... this led to my colleague frantically finding anything to block the french doors on our second night during the severe storm because they wouldn't stay shut.
Third is the ceiling in another queen bedroom that started to leak which led me to looking for a bucket at 4am and having to sleep on the couch.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
