Lovely condo located 2 minutes walk on the west end of Panama City Beach in the quite Endless Summer community on the second floor. 1 bedroom with super comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV, 1 bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, open up on living room with sofa (pull up) bed, Large smart flat screen TV and bay window to the large balcony with outdoor dining table overlooking the 2 pools, hot tub and BBQ to grill your food.. Washer and drier in the unit

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash dumpster is located at the end of the parking lot in front of building F
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please rinse your feet when returning from the beach. There is a shower located on the front left corner of building A, and an other one near the pool
Pools and Hot tub are closed after 10 pm.
We don not allowed dogs or any other kind of pets and an extra cleaning fee of $500, and an extra charge of $100 per day will be added if applies.

Very Clean and well decorated

The condo was very nice and clean. First time ever staying at condo's at Endless Summer that we were given laundry detergent, soap and hair care products as part of our stay. The only issue we had was the too large refrigerator would not allow us to open the freezer door enough to easily store and pull items from it. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we've had while on a vacation.

Condo correct à améliorer.

Nous avons eu plusieurs surprises avec notre location. 1) Lors de la réservation nous avons appris qu’il fallait prendre une assurance au coût de 60$ pour garantir les bris. L’annonce parlait d’un possible dépôt de garantie, mais rien de précis. Cela devrait être plus clair et si obligatoire, inclu dans le prix. 2) Une journée avant notre arrivée nous recevons un courriel pour nous dire de s’enregistrer sur le site de EndlessSummer et payer 30$ pour le stationnement. L’annonce disait parking fourni et ne faisait pas mention de frais. Dan était désolé de ces situation. 3) le téléviseur grand format du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Dan était désolé et ne peut le remplacer avant notre départ. Il proposa d’utiliser la petite TV de la chambre qui est positionnée du côté gauche du lit au lieu du pied. Une semaine à regarder un petit écran d’environ 20 po. 4) Une personne est entrée dans le logement en notre absence sans notre permission et/ ou demande. Une première pour nous après plus d’une vingtaine de locations. Concernant le condo. À notre arrivée il y avait une certaine odeur qui s’est dissipée après l’ouverture des portes. (Tapis ??). Le loyer était propre, peinture fraîche, salle de bain bien nettoyée. La cuisine est très bien équipée mais le frigo est très mal placé. L’air climatisé est efficace mais bruyant. La table de cuisine est instable et les 2 chaises inconfortables. 2 piscines superbes mais eau un peu froide.Somme toute, correct pour 2 personne.Annonce à precisiser.
