Welcome to family/dog-friendly Arrowhead Lake! Relax & unwind at our 3+ bdrm ranch-style cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage sitting out on the large front deck. Make s'mores around the fire pit!

Regardless of whether you're into hiking, biking, fishing or enjoying a glass of wine at one of the local wineries, there's something here for everyone.

The house is only 2 blocks from one of Arrowhead Lake's 4 outdoor pools (open summer only) and a short ride to the lakefront beach.

Guests may bring up to 2 dogs (100lbs max per dog) for an additional pet fee.
Sorry, no other pets allowed due to allergies.

Fees (besides nightly rental cost) when booking include the lake community amenities fee (per person/per day) along with 1 vehicle gate card. Additional vehicle gate cards are $20 each. (Vehicle gate cards are needed to enter the Lake community. ) These fees are per Arrowhead Lake Community Association rules and are non-negotiable. Please note: the daily amenities fee quoted is for IN-SEASON (May 15 - Sept 15). There is a new much lower daily amenities fee for off-season stays. The difference in rates for off-season stays will be credited upon booking.

Beautiful pet friendly vacation oasis

The Arrowhead Lake Cottage was everything we could of hoped for and more. Phyllis has the house immaculate and the decorations are beautiful. We got the privelege of staying over Christmas vacation. I had reached out to Phyllis to see what decorations would be up and she went above and beyond. She had lights around the front of the house and the main area of the house had decorations and a tree up for us. Phyllis kept in great contact with me and even went above and beyond for us when my husband left a jacket in the closet and she mailed it to us. We cant wait to come back and enjoy Arrowhead Lake during the summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Phyllis!

nice but falls short

The house is nice very well remodeled. However, there are a few short comings. The heat was not on when we got there, it was in the 40s at arrival. The only shower has a extra large shower head, but no water pressure to allow for it to work right. There is a large cleaning fee, but WE are required to take the trash to the MAIN gate for disposal. Many of the power outlets are blocked off from use.

Great place to relax

Our family’s quick getaway was great . The house was clean and well equipped . The extras left by the owner really made my kids stay . Phyllis left all the stuff to make s’mores in a basket on the kitchen counter , my kids were beyond happy. She also left iced tea packets in there which my wife enjoyed . The little extras around the house were great and everything was labeled for easy finding . The only thing I wish you could have changed was the weather . I look forward to a weekend getaway in the winter if the house is still available .

Relaxing weekend getaway

This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, spacious, child and dog friendly. Only regret is that we didn’t book a longer weekend.

I am from Philadelphia so definitely more city-oriented but I do appreciate the outdoors. I enjoy making my home available to others who may not often have the chance to escape an urban environment. Everyone needs to get away from it all at times.

Why they chose this property

Arrowhead Lake has the best of both worlds. The house is part of a vibrant lake community but far enough away from the hub of activity that guests can enjoy peace & relative quiet.

What makes this property unique

It's a ranch-style home. The only stairs are the ones to get up to the deck level & into the house. The deck is large so guests can spread out for eating, conversation or just enjoying the outdoors.
