Let your troubles melt away as you relax in this spacious (1,655 square feet) tastefully decorated 3 bedroom condo in sought after Midtown Ocean City. This unit offers all the amenities for a fantastic vacation including comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, 4 televisions (1 Xfinity, 3 ROKU), central AC, whirlpool tub, electric fireplace, balcony, plus beautiful views of the bay and ocean.

This secure elevator building offers 2 covered parking spots and free street parking. There is a quaint pool that is perfect for a quick dip to cool off.

You can't beat this location. The beach is a few hundred away and the condo is just a few blocks from the Roland Powell Convention, restaurants and entertainment.

This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights during the off season. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No groups please.

Guests provide their own linens, towels and paper products. An Optional Linen package is included. Please advise if you are bringing your own linens and fee will be refunded. The linens will be delivered to the condo prior to your arrival. Each set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the full occupancy of the condo.

Love the condo!

Wonderful stay! Jamie's condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Linen package (extra fee) was offered and waiting for us upon arrival. Condo is located just a short walk from the ocean. Beautiful balcony to sit and relax. Bedrooms comfortable. TV's in every room. Highly recommend. Looking forward to next year! Thanks, Jamie.

Condo was great! Clean, everything you needed for everyday use, great location for restaurants, activities and beach access. I would highly recommend staying here and owners keep in contact with you and want your stay to be great!

Clean and very friendly host!

We loved being close to the beach and some of our favorite spots like Dough Roller, Sunsations, Dumsers and On The Bay! The owners were fabulous and quick to respond. The place was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and felt very spacious! Hope to go back next year!

Beautiful Place

Very nice place, very clean complex,(pool needed some work,) great location as well. Only complaint is the dumpster trucks that dump every morning at 530, not the owners’ fault. Very good experience.

Why they chose this property

We are so fortunate to have stumbled upon 45th street because of the unique shoreline (due to ocean dredging according to the surfers I talk too). Every dawn and dusk there are surfers showing off their skills. One is more impressive than the other and a joy to watch. In addition to awesome surfing, there is also unbelievable shelling. You will see some of the “treasures” I have found throughout the condo. My last trip I found a sand dollar.
