About this property

Beautiful Studio in a peaceful middle class neighborhood. There are two homes on the same property that are completely separated. This is the back studio with private parking, private entrance, and washer and dryer. It has a nice yard and a patio area for sitting and relaxing.

You will feel at home. This place is amazing and peaceful. Great family are with a park nearby.

Guest will have access to the entire studio.

I understand people want their privacy. I am available when needed and you will only hear from me if the house rules are being violated.
HOUSE RULES:

1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.

2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.

3) No smoking in the house.

4) No eating in the bedrooms

5) No parties / No events

6) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!

7) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.

8) All Pets have to be approved first. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.

9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.

10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.

Clean and complete for all of your needs in the most beautiful and safe neighborhood.

Joseph's VRBO was a complete package, full kitchen with a separate laundry and dryer room, comfortable bed and living room area. Also, a big yard with a gate for safe parking and my dog to run around in. Joseph is very welcoming and communicative (when the messaging in the VRBO app works) and will work with you to make your stay even more comfortable. Walking around the neighborhood with my dog, everyone waves and stops to talk with you. I will definitely love to stay again!
