This five-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach is ideal for those looking for a fun beach vacation! The enclosed backyard provides the perfect place to relax with an in-ground outdoor pool, a shaded patio with an outdoor dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The location is as superb as the home itself - you will be close to the beach and 30-A restaurants.

Upon entering the home, you will encounter nautical decor throughout, along with tiled floors and a pristine ambience. The first dining area is located to your right and comfortably accommodates up to seven people. On the opposite side is an inviting family room with two comfortable sofas. As you continue the tour, the main living space will appear before your eyes with tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area invites you to relax and enjoy an entertaining evening at home, watching your favorite shows on the TV. The group's chef will be delighted by the well-appointed kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances. It also has a breakfast bar with four stools and a second dining area for six. The main bedroom on this level has an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. There is even a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Bucket list

The yards need some love but the stay was great. It’s clear to me that an individual owner does not stay here, must be corporate owned? I’d have it sparkling in no time and outfit the kitchen better and get rid of so much junk stuffed in to closets. The pool was great most of the time but I’ve come to learn that’s just a part of having a pool. The walk to the beach is perfect. The privacy is great! The beds are super comfy.

A relaxing vacation

This was a very nice home with plenty of room for all of us. We had 4 families with kids and the pull out couches made it so everyone had a bed. The kitchen could use a few more bigger pans and hot pads (couldn’t find any). The backyard and pool were nice especially on double red flag days. Plenty of room so when people needed their space they could get it.

Great location but damage not addressed timely

This house is located within easy walking distance of both a great ice cream/donut shop and public beach access. There are 2 main bedrooms with an en suite bathroom (one on the main floor and one upstairs) which is perfect for the parents of 2 different families to have privacy. Plus there are 2 other bathrooms (again, one on the main floor and one upstairs) that can be used for the kiddos. The pool was well maintained and cleaned by a service on two different occasions during our week long stay. The only downside was that the damage we reported on the first day was never addressed while we were there. One of the beds was broken which left us unable to use it. And then the railing of one of the top bunks was broken causing it to be dangerous for anyone using that bed. The cabinet holding the garbage can in the kitchen was also broken and could have fallen on our toes when it was pulled out if we weren't careful. We provided descriptions and pictures of the issues but were never contacted about the damage again during our stay. This was very disappointing and left a negative impression on us. Otherwise, this place was great and, hopefully, the damaged items have been fixed by now.

Blue Mountain stay

We loved everything about our stay here! Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, proximity to beach and restaurants are a few of the highlights. The backyard is spacious and has a large pool (although not heated). Unfortunately, weather was colder at night for us, then rain and clouds from midweek on. This didn’t deter for how much we enjoyed the house. We certainly plan to stay again

Great House, Great Location

Nautical Dunes is a very spacious, clean and very nicely decorated home. We rented the house for a week with another family we had 4 kids total ranging from 4 years to 8 years. We've rented several homes and this is by far the best. The layout and design of the house allowed for early risers to enjoy the living room and kitchen without disturbing the rest of the house. The beds in every room were so comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the kids really enjoyed it. There were no lounge chairs by the pool which made it difficult for adults to relax by the pool. The fire pit in the back was so nice and cozy and a great place to end each night. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed for easy flow with multiple adults and kids running around. The only negative thing was the lack of basic glassware. They only had large glass cups and coffee cups. No wine glasses, cocktail, juice or smaller glassware for smaller hands. The washer and dryer were very nice and easy to use. The walk to the beach is less than a block away and super easy for all the kids to walk to. It makes it unnecessary to rent a golf cart. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants near by. We are already looking at availability to rent again in 2024.
