Best host - very responsive

I reached out to our host about a week in advance and she let me know everything was in order and to watch for an email about 2 days before hand. I did not receive any emails so I was able to locate a number through the app so that I could contact her directly and she was available right away. She found an issue with the email not going out and not seeing my messages I sent through the app. She contacted VRBO right away and fixed the issue and made sure we had everything we needed. If we ever stay in the area again, we will definitely look at staying here again.
