Cozy Efficiency Cottage in Titusville. Close to the Indian River.

I may be old, but I am cozy, cute, and very clean.
I am a one (1) room efficiency with a complete enclosed bathroom, complete kitchen. I am set to accommodate one (1) person but can sleeps two (2) on my queen size bed.

My rates are for one (1) person.
Each additional person pays an additional $10. per night.
I come furnished with an Air condition, Heater, Ceiling fan, High speed Internet, WiFi, Washer, Dryer, Carport, and large yard with outdoor sitting and dining areas.
Few blocks from the Indian River from where rocket launches can be viewed, or for just relaxing.
Our cozy and comfortable cottage provides easy access to the area's most prized and rich activities.
To the beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Sky Dive Space Center in Titusville, home of Florida;s highest tandem jump at 18,000 feet, Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island Wild Life Refuge, bird watching, swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, airboat rides, water sports, deep sea fishing, manatee watching, nature classes.
We offer 1 day and 1/2 day boating excursions, and sunset cruises.
Minutes from historic downtown Titusville.
Easy drive to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Village, Orlando and all it's world renown attractions, Daytona Beach, Melbourne.
It is close to restaurants, beaches, National Parks, Port Canaveral, the cruise terminals, and off shore casinos.

Nightly rates are for one person. Each additional person will be charged $10 per person per night. Winter rates are $55 per night for one person.

A lot of potential!

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The shower is pretty bad — if I had seen photos of it beforehand I probably would not have booked. It’s got some kind of black mold growing. After about 10 days I started seeing cockroaches. They were the native, outdoor type cockroaches (not German). I told the landlord and they swiftly applied a chemical to deter/kill the roaches, and he cleaned the unit thoroughly to make up for it. I didn’t see any roaches after that. Still, I chose to sleep in my van for the majority of my stay here. The interior has crumbling walls and ceilings which makes the structural integrity questionable. It feels depressing inside and I couldn’t wait to leave. The place has a lot of potential as a unique rental but it needs a lot of TLC. The neighborhood feels safe, but people blast their music late at night and it would wake me up frequently until I got used to it. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay here. The owners are great people— they gave me fresh fruit from the garden and always let me know when there was a rocket launch happening. You can’t beat the location geographically. All in all I hope the owners put in some work to make this a nice place in the future.

Just as advertised

The property was as advertised but i was expecting at least one outlet that was not on an already overloaded extension cord. I was scared of it. The floor so slanted it hurt your back to stand in some places. The washer only worked sometimes, had to unplug and restart in middle of wash. Property manager was wonderful.

Bestimated experience I have had with all my travels! Roger is an awesome person!

I have stayed at many places throughout my travels. Roger has to be the best owner that I have ever met. The cabin was very clean, cozy, and cool. I had several request from him and all were met above my expectations. The property is pleasantly located to shopping, entertainment, and the ocean. Had the chance to spend time talking to Roger. He is an excellent person to talk with and has great care for his residence. I recommend staying here 100%. You will not find anything better! !!!

Cozy 1 room efficiency

Very cozy 1 room with bath, kitchen was equipped with everything but dish washer which we did not miss. We Needed a reasonable priced home base to tour area and this place fit us perfectly, bed was comfortable, air condition worked good too. The national sea shore beaches were beautiful, enjoyed the space center, Navy Seal Museum and also National Police Museum was full of interesting memorabilia. Restaurants we liked were, Cracker Grill under bridge, Mama Rosa's pizza was awesome, Irish pub on Harrison was good also. Recommend owners to include small table/ couple chairs in place if desk, more electric outlets but we managed just fine, if you are looking for a reasonable place to call home while exploring area and don't need perfection this is great place. Thank you Roger and Tangie for all your help, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice man, horrible place

A shack makes this look like a mansion. Maybe 175 square feet and cluttered. Half the house is falling down-literally - at about a 10 degree decline. Rat and bug droppings, no cable, no bathroom door... This cheap we didn't expect grand, but definitely didn't expect dilapidated. A shame, nice owner, good spot near water and other sites.
