The Space:

Includes ALL UTILITIES AND ALL FURNITURE you see in photos. (Sleeps up to 4). The beautiful and inviting kitchen features granite counters, European cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The living room/dining room space is bright and airy featuring high-end furnishings, a Queen-sized pull-out sofa, and a large screen smart TV. The furnished balcony is a great place to take your morning coffee or to relax under the stars. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable King-sized bed, high-end linens, a stylish desk, large bureau, flat-screen smart TV and walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom features a deep soaker tub w/shower and is accessible to guests through their own entry. New en-suite LG washer/Dryer will take the hassle out of washing your beach wear! Hurricane Windows keep you safe and secure. New window treatments complete the look.
Other shared amenities on-site include a nicely furnished club room and bar, a well-appointed gym, 24-hour security and a complimentary valet. One designated covered parking space in the garage and additional guest parking available. Fee includes basic cable, internet, exterior maintenance and insurance, utilities, and security.

HOA Application Fee $150. HOA requires a lease application packet to be filled out by both owner and tenant.

Super clean & comfy condo

Husband & I stayed here for a month. The condo unit has everything you need and then some, is very clean and welcoming, and we loved our water view from the 4th floor. Kevin and his team were very responsive before, during and after our stay. Parking was easier and more convenient than we anticipated because it's just a short walk from the garage to the unit using the connector bridge on the same floor. We enjoyed the pool almost daily and one of us also used the gym, which is well-equipped. Overall, the community grounds are gorgeous and we never got tired of taking walks all around. The only thing that was not ideal was the sound of the marina next door when spending time on the balcony - it was fascinating to watch but the noise did send me back inside a few times - however, given how much we loved everything else, we'd stay here in this unit again without hesitation!

Fabulous Condo & Host on the Intercostal

Kevin is fabulous! He had a whole binder with tons of information & also sent it to me in advance. The place is beautiful. You feel like you're at a resort & the view from the balcony is spectacular. The pools are terrific & when he says "turnkey tranquility" he is 100% accurate. I would highly recommend staying at any of his properties. Every detail is perfect. The towels, linens, etc. are nicer than I even anticipated. The gym and sauna are a nice amenity.

The property was very nice. Beautiful pool area, great views of the marina. Easy access to restaurants and beach. The Unit was very well appointed and Kevin and his team did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave!
