We love living on the beach and want to share this experience with others through this beautiful property. Phillip and Shannon will be celebrating 32 years of marriage. We are an active family with three children spending much of our time with music, airplanes, and theater.
Why they chose this property
This beachfront condo was our home for about a year. We have personally experienced such a wonderful and restful time waking up to a beautiful sunrise, walking and running the beach, spending time under an umbrella and reading. Cocoa Beach is a special place because it is where many people visit to take in sunny Florida. It is close to the Port Canaveral for cruises, about an hour away from the theme parks, and is easy to get to & from the airport. Our condo also has a tennis/pickle ball court which has become widely popular.
What makes this property unique
Having a private balcony with a direct view of the ocean is ALWAYS a welcomed sight! Coming and going from the condo is very accessible and provides a great access point to many fun adventures including surfing, sailing, water skiing, kite skiing, jet skiing, and other water activities. There are multiple golf courses nearby as well as some great fishing on the Indian River and on the beach. There are fishing charters at Port Canaveral that is almost 15 minutes from the condo.
