Throw in comfortable, spacious townhome with its own private hot tub, and you’ve got the perfect spot for your mountain getaway!

Village Point hideaway is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom spacious townhome that’s perfect for up to eight guests. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and nice seating for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. And just outside, there’s a private deck with a private 6-person Jazucci hot tub to relax in after a long day of adventures. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for two vehicles, a full-sized washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Good location - walkable to the slopes and Main St

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice open town house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very roomy townhouse. Awesome large private hot tub. Complex was landscaped beautifully. Accommodations were as described. The upstairs master bedroom mattress is long overdue for replacement.

Great property but

It was a beautiful property with a great location, but we had our hot water run out two times on us on a three day stay and I was only able to take one shower throughout my whole week and stay so over all the property was beautiful but I had a lot of internal issues that really affected our trip
