This Four Season Retreat comfortably sleeps 10 has a private hot tub, large decks, 1 car private garage and incredible views!

This warm and inviting 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse is just a short walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants, the Ice Rink, and the High Speed Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9 (10 Minutes). And don't forget to take the short stroll to visit, Isak Heartstone, Breckenridge's famous Troll!

Accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite 5 piece bath, 2nd master with queen bed and en-suite bath, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, and 4th bedroom with double bed and 3 twin bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need. Stainless steel appliances, and a gas grill on the large deck. **Grill is in the garage while deck is off limits**

And don't worry about space, there is plenty of room for everyone with a huge dining room table that comfortably seats 12 for those group meals or game night. Relax and enjoy the fireplace and watch your favorite game from the incredibly comfortable leather living room furniture.

After a great day of hiking or skiing and riding you can relax and take in the incredible views, listen to the Blue River across the street or watch the local wildlife in the 6 person hot tub. **Hot tub off limits until deck permit finalized**

When the slopes are closed summer activities abound. Whether you want to take a leisurely lunch on the banks of the Blue River, catch a concert at one of the local venues, browse through the local shops, go White water Rafting, or climb one of the many Fourteen Thousand foot Peaks there is something for everyone.

Don't feel like walking to town or the slopes? The free shuttle stop is just a couple minutes away. Shuttles run every 20 minutes or so and can get you connected to any destination in Summit County. Other destinations on the Summit Stage include: Copper Mountain, Keystone , Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Arapahoe Basin, and Leadville as well.

Parking: 2 vehicles permitted at property. 1 in the garage, 2nd in front of garage under front deck. Extra vehicles must be parked at one of the town lots.
