My second stay here. It's the best option to be close to SDSU. The space is comfortable, well-appointed and lovely. The hosts are wonderful and helpful! Parking is easy (just remember to turn your wheels toward the curb). Bed is very comfortable. Thank you!!

Our stay at Hummingbird Haven was perfect for our needs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was 2 minutes from our daughter’s house so very convenient! The pool and exterior was beautiful and the hummingbirds prolific. We really loved our week long stay here.

This was the perfect space to stay. We had a great time in San Diego and being able to come back to a quiet room at the end of the day was fantastic. The parking was also a wonderful and convenient bonus! Thank you Randy and Niki!

Lovely hosts and a very lovely stay. Their house is located centrally in a nice and quiet neighborhood, parking was not a struggle, and it was easy to get around San Diego from here!The entire space was comfortable and the personal welcome from Randy made us feel at home. Seeing hummingbirds fly through each morning was an added treat. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the location in a peaceful neighborhood. Doing yoga by the pool was very relaxing. Seeing the hummingbirds was also very cool. Host was very helpful and responsive. Randy warned us to make sure front wheels were turned toward the curb on hills to avoid a ticket. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice area, loved the decor and everything was very clean. We woke up with hummingbirds every day!! Large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the VRBO that we chose in San Diego was good. One thing that was an issue was that the TV did not always work on the fire stick that was installed on it. We were able to get it to work one night and be able to watch a full movie, but the other nights it wouldn't work. To be fair, we did not bring this up to the host and just went with what we could do to get it to work. The pool was amazing though and a welcome end to the hot days while in San Diego. The hosts were kind and walked us through the amenities and rules of the room when we arrived. The room itself was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. There was on-street parking in front of the building for the rental car that we had and we felt safe to come and go as we wanted, hopefully without disturbing the hosts.

We are so sorry about the Wi-fi. The breaker kept tripping because of the intense heat we had and the wi-fi router doesn't automatically reboot. We didn't realize it until the next day. 😢
