Why they chose this property

The property is centrally located, just a 10 min drive (or bike) to/from Portland downtown. There are plenty of restaurants along with a Whole Foods and a New Seasons grocery stores, within a 10-15 min walk.
Portland’s famous Alberta Arts District along with newer developed areas along Williams and Vancouver streets, are packed with shops and well rated dinning options. Also, there is a great park (Irving) , just two blocks away.
The street is very quiet and I’m lucky to have great neighbors. This is my home and I intend to list and rent it while I’m away. I value cleanliness and tidiness, and I hope the same applies for many of my guests.
