This condo is located in a beautiful setting right on Whitefish Lake, MT. This lower level, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is a great place to call home while on vacation in Northwest Montana. The bedroom has a queen bed with a pullout sofa in the living room. The TV is a smart, streaming TV. The condo has an open floor concept with the kitchen flowing into the dining and living area and great views out onto the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and have an amazing grilled dinner using the BBQ.

This condos location also makes it convenient to explore downtown, Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, or any of the other many great things in the area.

For your summer vacations you are just a few short steps from the lake and all the enjoyment that comes with it. After a fun filled day on the lake or the slopes you can drive or take a short walk to downtown Whitefish. Once downtown you will have many things to choose from including restaurants, galleries, shops, bars and the theater. This property is also ideal for someone coming to explore the beauties of Glacier National Park which is only a 40 min drive.

Enjoy your stay while relaxing on the deck, overlooking the beautiful views that Whitefish Lake has to offer!

Great Lake Condo with a cabin feel

Marshmalllow Bed

Do you enjoy sleeping in a U shape? If so, this rental is for you! Seriously, don't book this if you have a sensitive back; the bed has as much support as a marshmallow.

beautiful lake - loud upper unit - BEWARE terrible hidden legal terms

The Property: looks like the pictures with a great view. However, if someone is staying in the unit above you then you will hear every.single.step they take around the unit even if they are not rowdy, just normal walking around. The Host/process: I asked for check-in instructions on the app the afternoon of check in. Host says they will provide after I sign the Rental Agreement. I said that I have no idea what they are talking about because the listing says nothing about an additional agreement and I've never received it. Host says they sent it in July (I searched inbox, nothing from the time of booking). Agreement sent again the evening of check in, while I'm driving 5+ hours from Canada to the unit. I have already paid $1500, can't get a refund, and have no other options so I sign it under duress. The agreement requires that the renter must indemnify the host/owner against any claims for damages from anyone during your use of the property. What that means is that if your grandma is walking to the kitchen to make coffee and slips (because of an existing leak in the dishwasher) breaks both of her hips, then makes a claim against the owner to pay for her hip replacement costs - the owner will point to this agreement and say that YOU actually have to pay those costs. It is an insane provision. I would NEVER have otherwise agreed to it but I was stuck with intermittent cell service and no options. This is bad business. All terms should be listed in advance on the listing.

Thank you for your review. Yes, these are older units so you can hear some noise above you. In regards to the rental agreement, you actually have to click on 'Agree and Continue' through the Vrbo booking site, page 2 of 3, when you are in the process of booking. So, you do not have to proceed with the booking if you read our agreement (which is there on the booking site) while in the process of booking and you did not agree with it. Again, if you start a booking, and get to page 2 out of 3, you will see where you cannot proceed until you click on 'Agree and Continue' on the page where it has our (not Vrbo's, that's on page 1) Rental Agreement link under House Rules to click on and review. All terms are listed in advance with the posted agreement on Vrbo's booking site, as you have to click on the proceed button. So there should be no shock when it is also emailed to you, as it is exactly what is posted on the booking site when you book. In regards to the email of the agreement, that automatically comes from our system when you book as we are synced with Vrbo. So I do have your message history where the agreement was sent when you booked in July, automatically resent 3 days later because it wasn't signed, and then I manually resent it in September before your stay. So you were sent the agreement 3 times before your arrival date. I'm sorry you never received that. Check in info is prompted to be sent 7 days before your arrival, if we have a signed agreement on file; the same agreement you had to 'Agree & Continue' to on the Vrbo website. I am sorry the agreement hindered your stay. I do hope you were able to enjoy Whitefish, especially during the beginning of September as that can be a great time of year here. Best wishes.
