the most disgusting hotel i have stayed in. i complained to the front desk, the on site manager, the sonesta corporate office, vrbo, room picks via phone and email with pics and still no resolution to getting money back. i also posted a bad review with pictures and still nothing. my next step is filing an osha complaint.
