Very nice Condo, however

The condo was exactly as advertised, it definitely did not disappoint. I wish I could say that I enjoyed my stay however, it was difficult to give this property a higher rating due to the fact that the management company running the VRBO didn't seem to have things under control. There were serious miscommunications between the management company and the hotel. The entire check-in process was not smooth at all. I ended up having to return to the property after attempting to check in because the hotel informed me that the host would have to be present, even though this was not communicated to me by the host. Returning to the hotel at 10:30 pm and not being sure as to whether or not we would be able to check-in while we're exhausted and we're still being given paperwork to sign for house keeping is not my idea of comfort. I understand that the condo couldn't be ready for me when we attemtped to check in at 3:30, as they were still cleaning. However, to be told that they weren't even sure that we would be able to check in when we return from our yacht later that evening because the host would have to be present was disconcerting to say the least.
