A formal DINING TABLE with seating for six leads right into the wide-open KITCHEN, making entertaining and socializing a breeze for bigger groups. White cabinets, quartz countertops, and a sea glass-inspired backsplash create a stylish space to prepare meals and snacks. Stainless steel appliances include a commercial-grade refrigerator, a large gas range, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There’s also a side pantry with a wine fridge. Additional seating includes a custom banquette table in the corner.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is a completely private oasis. With a luxe leather-framed, king-size bed and elegant furnishings, this room also has balcony access.
