Coco de Mer Villa stands as the most private and secluded unit within Las Verandas. It boasts unmatched spaciousness and serenity, with a neighboring full lawn and direct access to the children’s playground. It is cozy, tranquil, charming—a true home away from home.

Located near El Yunque—the sole rainforest in the U.S. Forest System—and extending over two miles of pristine, secluded sandy beaches, relaxation is guaranteed. From the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course to the exclusive spa and fine dining at the St. Regis Hotel, there are endless ways to unwind. You may opt for tennis lessons with the talented Tennis Pro, make use of the four courts available, or work out in the state-of-the-art gym equipped with cardio machines, weights, spinning studio, and pilates equipment.

Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club is an outdoor lover’s dream. Step outside the villa to enjoy the nearby boat house, where guests can kayak, paddleboard, or sail on the beautiful lake surrounded by a Certified Gold Audubon International Signature wildlife sanctuary. **Bedrooms:**
1. The Master Suite features a king-size bed, a TV, stunning golf course views, and patio access. The en suite bathroom includes double sinks, a spacious shower for two, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate room with a toilet and bidet.
2. The second suite offers a queen-size bed, TV, and an en suite full bathroom with scenic garden views.
3. The third bedroom includes two queen-size beds, TV, and an en suite full bathroom, also with garden views.

The living room presents a sumptuous space with a large-screen TV and picturesque views of the golf course’s 9th hole through French doors. Outside, relax with comfortable patio seating, or enjoy meals together in the gourmet kitchen. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar offers space for 3.

Included with your stay is the use of a four-seater golf cart for effortless travel throughout the resort. An additional golf cart is available for $135 per day. Optional housekeeping services can also be arranged for $250 per day.

Access to the St. Regis Hotel facilities is available only if hotel occupancy is below 70%. Events at the St. Regis are reserved for Bahia Beach Resort members. However, guests can enjoy two full-service pools at the Beach Club and Sand Dollar Beach, as well as a self-service pool in Las Verandas complex.
