Lovely Beach house - GRB, Pool for Summer 2024!

We're adding an in-ground pool, as well as 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (1 King and 1 Queen) for summer 2024!

A classic Kennebunk beach house, just a few steps from Goose Rock Beach.
The true definition of open concept is on the second floor with kitchen, dining, a living areas. Two sliding doors lead to a huge deck with oceanviews for entertaining.
Most of the bedrooms are on the first floor with 2 baths and kitchenette. Enjoy a 3rd floor loft with another bedroom and bath.
