About this property

One bedroom condo at Sunday River with trail access across the parking lot. Brookside offers a great pool building that has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. In the pool building there also is a community room for everyone to gather and enjoy the fireplace. Come experience the mountain lifestyle for yourself. Walk to bars and the lodge. Renters have the use of a ski locker. There also is a room with coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Great Family place

A great, simple and clean place for our family. Ski to the White Cap Lodge. The heated pool was great for the kids after a long day of skiing to work off any leftover energy.

Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Super close to the lifts

Nice convenient location. Clean. Shower was really nice and powerful. Totally would book again if you want to just get to the slopes as quick and easy as possible. Had a small issue trying to find it but the owner was super helpful and although there were no more issues after that I'm sure they would have been equally as helpful.

Perfect for our family of 5 with more than enough space. The kids LOVED the outdoor heated pool. Clean and friendly staff. We will definitely be back again soon!
