Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit. Direct trail access, ski in/ ski out accommodations. Ski down to the main lodge or jump on the North Peak quad right outside of building 3! Two bedrooms, one full bath, sleeping 8.. Full updated kitchen, fireplace, guest ski lockers, wifi, outdoor heated pool. Great views from this end unit. You will love this updated unit. You will find it very comfortable and convenient. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo at Sunday River. The property is ideally situated adjacent to the outdoor pool and the ski slopes, offering stunning views and the pleasure of observing skiers pass by. The hosts were exceptional, demonstrating excellent communication throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and hassle-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and Four Season Rentals for anyone seeking a memorable vacation experience.

Great Stay

We had an excellent slope side stay. Nice, updated condo with trail access right outside the building. Unit was very comfortable, we loved the gas fireplace & view of skiers from the window. Management company was extremely responsive when we had a few questions! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Any closer, and you'd be staying in the ski lodge. Perfect spot, close enough were it was only a 1 minute ski down to the lodge and main lift. Far enough, where you had some peace and quiet. Condo was clean, well equipped and a great value. Great week skiing with the family.

Great Location

Great location for our family of 5! The property was as described and we appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom. Good sleeping set up with bunks for our three kids, so the layout and space was perfect. Easy ski on/off access, locker for gear in basement and super convenient access to the outdoor heated pool. As other reviews mentioned - just be aware unit is on the 3rd floor so you will have some flights of stairs. Wasn't a big deal for us.

Great place for a simple getaway

Property was clean, pool was nice and warm. Bunkbeds are a bit shaky which sucks for the person on the bottom bunk, could be more stout. We did not use the pull out in the living room but the couch was comfortable to lounge on. Dont plan on having sharp knives…hint to owner. One bathroom was a bit rough with 4 people staying but we made do. Only other complaint is that the hot water heater must be very small, take 2 minute showers or you will run out of hot water quickly. Other than those things, the location is great and easy access to lifts…when they decide to run them…make sure to check each day otherwise you may have a hike. Overall, worth the stay, we would come back.
