Unclean!🏠

When we first arrived, the house was freezing cold. It seemed fine at first, but it got worse. Our first night there, the bed broke! We had to move to the room with twin beds and we slept in there. The floor was so thin, that we heard the people below us watching tv and snoring. The sheets were dirty and scratchy in the twin beds, there was a stain on the floor by the laundry room, the hair dryer only blew cold air, the thermostat kept resetting to 50 degrees, and the heater was very loud.

Great location, easy hangout space for medium sized group

A nice updated space with plenty of room—we didn’t get to see the view very well thanks to wildfire smoke but the surrounding area was beautiful! A very functional kitchen with everything you’d need. We could hear neighbors through 2nd bedroom wall late into the night. Limited tv options, only noticed because we decided to not spend our evening outside due to wildfire smoke.

The first sign of trouble was when the “cleaners” excited the condo at 4:09 for a 4:00 check-in. When I entered, all the fans and lights were off, and it was 88 degrees. Because the place has no A/C, the overheard fan is of the upmost importance. I searched all over the condo for the light-switch or remote to control the overheard fan. It was nowhere to be found. I called customer support, and they advised that I check every light-switch and flip the breakers. What they withheld from me was the fact that a previous guest had misplaced the remote. The customer service individual said a local property manager would come with a replacement. I waited 3 hours, and no one showed up. Again, it was 88 degrees in the condo, and the air quality was less than ideal because of wildfires in the area. After 3 hours of waiting, I left and never returned. I requested a refund, and Vacasa offered me $100 for my inconvenience. And lastly, the bathroom was grotesque. I never take the time to write reviews, so listen to me when I say don’t stay here. It is not worth the money for the quality of the place, and Vacasa is a joke of an organization. 0/10 don’t recommend.
