Unit 9 has comfortable furnishings, central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, screened porch and will accommodate a family of 8. You'll be steps away from all of Dewey's famous watering holes and music venues. Want to venture out of Dewey? You can also hop aboard the "Jolly Trolley" and visit the beach, boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and shops in Rehoboth Beach. Two parking spaces, Wireless Internet, Roku TV and community barbecue grill are available. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in off-season.

Great location to the beach and downtown attractions of Dewey. House was clean, quiet, and lots of options to enjoy the views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 9 Breeze was a great stay. House was perfect and close to everything! The porch furniture could have been cleaned as it looks like It has not been cleaned all year. Also the pool area could have been cleaned up better with white chairs that were not being used, piled up and very dirty. I would recommend adding some round umbrellas tables for families to sit by the pool. Other then that, everything was great and look forwarding to staying next year.
