This home has been thoughtfully designed with the finest finishes and furnishings. In addition to its stunning features - this rental offers a rare opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck. The 3rd floor porch and rooftop deck are the perfect places to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. The rooftop deck is the ideal place to soak in the beauty of the ocean and surrounding area, and is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage with family and friends.

The first floor can be utilized as its own private oasis. The wet bar on the first floor is equipped with a full-size GE 24-inch Counter Depth Bottom Freezer Refrigerator with Temperature Controlled Drawer and separate ice maker, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. The first floor also features an expansive primary bedroom and bathroom, ample storage, and an additional luxury bathroom.

The second-floor features two additional bedrooms - both featuring king size beds with high-end touches throughout. Again, there's ample storage on this level, and yet another luxury bath.

Going up the stairs to the third floor you'll be amazed at the brand-new high-end features the owner has implemented into this level. The house is beautiful but a little tight. It's close to the beach and in the center of town. The roof top deck has amazing views.

The house was lovely, exactly as pictured with a killer location. Communication with the host was extremely responsive. A few things could make it better: trash cans in every room/bathroom, toilet paper in every bathroom (at least to start), there are no beach towels (which was ok since we brought those but thought they would be included with the linen rental). Flagging that the hot water ran out every time all showers were being used at the same time.

Really loved the home. Very good use of the space. Loved the TV upstairs. We watch a lot of golf and football. The rooftop was amazing. The only suggestions are to make sure the house is completely clean, trash taken out and dishwasher emptied. It would have been nice for the sheets to be on the bed, too - but not a big deal. The downstairs freezer was kind of a mess. Lastly, fans instead of lights and a Tv in each bedroom would be a nice upgrade. Thank for for sharing your home with us.

This is a beautiful home with top of the line appliances and fixtures throughout. Very upscale home that is decorated perfectly. The rooftop deck is also very nice but it rained a lot while we were there so it didn't get much use. Also the next door neighbors who live there permanently are a very sweet couple. I would definitely rent again if available. You can't go wrong. Only steps to the beach.

The Perfect Beach House

We loved our stay at this property. It is exactly as pictured and described. It is very clean and well decorated and was perfect for a long weekend away. You can’t beat the location, either. It is right on the beach and is walking distance to everything in Dewey. We parked our car once and walked to all restaurants, bars, etc. Had no issues with check in or check out and had a great communication with the rental office. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great. Some suggestions, leave instructions for the counter top stove and the kitchen ice maker. Add three small trash cans in the bathrooms. No cutting board.

Excellent customer service, great location but the unit had some issues if of concern. Non functioning fire alarm on the first floor and also hanging from the ceiling. First floor bathroom had a light in the shower also partially hanging with electrical wires exposed rendering the shower unusable. The ac stopped working and repair, while greatly appreciated, was a patch on a unit that could not cool the unit.2nd floor fire alarm also not working properly as it needed a battery replacement.

non luxury experience

aFirst beach vacation home that i had ti make own beds and take the linens off. no toilet papars, no soaps. dishes were not clean and shower tiles had soap marks. I paid high price for the luxury experience as advertised. but didnt get it at all.

We are so sorry that you were not clear about the lease terms. In our geographic area, unlike many other destinations, your linens are not included in the rental. So you either bring your own linens or rent linens. Either way you make the beds yourself. Paper products are not included in the rental either which it states in your lease. This home is individually privately owned and the supplies and furnishings are at the owner's discretion. We would have been happy to send the cleaning team back if you had called about the cleaning issues.
