The apartment is surrounded by the best that Atlantic City has to offer! Great restaurants, bars, casinos and shops are within minutes of the property. Perfect location to smell the Ocean in the air!

-Queen Size Bed, adorned with cozy linens.
-There is a dresser and closet for clothing storage as well as a smart TV with streaming apps (There is no cable, just streaming apps).
LIVING ROOM:
-With a couch that rolls out to a sleeper. There is also a large Smart TV (There is no cable, just streaming apps).
KITCHEN:
-Fully stocked with amenities and new appliances.
-There is an eating nook with 4 modern high stools
GAME ROOM:
-Off of the kitchen, there is a game space with comfy chairs, board games and an Air Hockey game table and TV
-There is a laundry closet in this room
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-1 queen bed and 1 couch that rolls out to a sleeper. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people based on your preferred sleeping arrangements.
AMENITIES:
-The home is also equipped with Wifi, a drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, air conditioning units/heat and much more!
PLEASE NOTE:
- This property is part of an attached duplex, meaning it shares walls with neighboring units. While we strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay, occasional noise or scents from adjacent units may be noticeable. These occurrences are outside of our control and are a natural aspect of shared-wall living. If this could impact your enjoyment, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.
-Since this is the lower unit, please be advised that there is the potential of hearing footsteps and regular noises from the above unit.
-This property is a few feet from the beach and Boardwalk, and it is easy to track sand into the unit.
-It is common that winds from the ocean might blow some sand through the window air conditioning vents or if exterior doors are left open.
**We take the cleanliness and presentation very seriously. We have experienced this ongoing issue, and like to make guests aware of in the event they experience it.
-Please be aware, parking can be quite difficult. We strive to provide parking permits for the street, however if misplaced, the city does not replace them. Therefore, we cannot guarantee their availability if a guest misplaces or takes them with them. There is a $100 fee for any misplaced permits.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment.
-This apartment is the lower floor of a duplex.
-The upper level guests share the same front entry, but each apartment has its own separate entrance.
-Since this is the lower unit, please be advised that there is the potential of hearing footsteps and regular noises from the above unit.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.
-There are several paid parking lots and meters in the area, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check-in information.
-There is also a parking garage at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue.
MAIL:
-Please do not ship items to the property.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
-There are Ring Cameras in the exterior entrance stairway of the property.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Beachcrest", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:

We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
