-There is a dresser and closet for clothing storage as well as a smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable, just streaming apps).

LIVING ROOM:
-Cozy and bright, with a couch that rolls out to a sleeper. There is also a large Smart TV (There is no cable, just streaming apps).

KITCHEN:
-Brand new, fully stocked with amenities and new appliances.
-There is an eating nook with 4 modern high stools and a charming coffee station perfect for a morning cup of brew.

GAME ROOM:
-Off of the kitchen, there is a wonderful entertainment and game space with comfy chairs, board games and a 4-in-1 Swivel Game Table which features pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis.
-In this space is the closet for the washer and dryer, which also encloses a rollaway Twin Sized Bed that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-1 queen bed, 1 twin rollaway bed, and 1 couch that rolls out to a sleeper. The apartment can sleep up to 5 people based on your preferred sleeping arrangements.

AMENITIES:
-The home is also equipped with Wifi, a drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, air conditioning units/heat and much more!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
-This property is in a great vicinity to all that Atlantic City has to offer! Practically beachside, you can enjoy the sun and ocean, stroll the boardwalk and piers, visit eateries and bars, gamble at the nearby casinos, and shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlets.

PLEASE NOTE:
-This property is a few feet from the beach and Boardwalk, and it is easy to track sand into the unit.
-It is common that winds from the ocean might blow some sand through the window air conditioning vents or if exterior doors are left open.
**We take the cleanliness and presentation very seriously. We have experienced this ongoing issue, and like to make guests aware of in the event they experience it.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment.
-This apartment is the lower floor of a duplex.
-The upper level guests share the same front entry, but each apartment has its own separate entrance.
-Since this is the lower unit, please be advised that there is the potential of hearing footsteps and regular noises from the above unit.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.
-You will be provided with 1 residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage.
-$50 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-For extra vehicles, there are several paid parking lots and meters in the area, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check-in information.
-There is also a parking garage at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
-There are Ring Cameras in the exterior entrance stairway of the property.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Beachcrest", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
