** Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee:
The USVI government assesses a US$25 per-night, per-villa Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee to vacation ownership Guests, as implemented in 2016. This fee is based on the villa being occupied and will be added to the Guest folio at check-out.

** Chemical Sunscreen Ban:
Please be advised that effective Jan. 1, 2021, the U.S. Virgin Islands will be restricting the sale and distribution of reef-damaging topical sunscreen products containing oxybenzone and octinoxate (Bill No. 33‑0043). Only licensed pharmacies or drugstores will be able to dispense these sunscreen products. Use is prohibited unless prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.

• As of Dec. 31, 2019, the importing of products with the banned chemicals for sale will be illegal.

• As of Sept. 30, 2020, the selling, offering for sale and distributing of products with these chemicals will be illegal.

• As of Jan. 1, 2021, the use, possession or bringing of products with these chemicals into the U.S. Virgin Islands will be illegal.

** Dining and Activity Payment:
Please note that all outlets for food and beverage purchases and resort activities operate cashless.

** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 18, 2025 through Nov. 3, 2025. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
