The condo was very nice with fantastic views from balcony. Had issues check in due to Vacasa not getting us registered. After being on hold for quite awhile waiting on Vacasa to straighten this out, Emerald Grande went ahead and took care of us with no help from Vacasa. Then there were bugs in the unit, which we reported and the dishwasher was not usable. ( I think this was reported in an earlier review but apparently not fixed). The bug issue was acknowledged by Emerald Grande but we didn’t want anyone coming in and spraying while we were there! Other then these issues, we thought the condo was beautiful. Bunk beds were not very Comfortable per our grandson and a sofa bed would have been better for us. I would not recommend any booking through Vacasa. Their fees were very high and their service was not worth the price that they charged us to manage this property. I would have preferred booking directly with the owner as we have always done in the past.

Everything about this place was amazing! The view is the best in Destin, the location is perfect and the Condo itself was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable!
