The add say it was a 1300 sq ft, no such thing upset about that. Old 70s room, very odd lay out.Pool deck was very rough patches missing. The carpet was very old. Didn’t feel right staying but I was tired from driving and it was late, otherwise I wouldn’t of stayed.
