Charming Farmhouse on 34 Private Acres w/Heated Pool

*The pool can be heated from October - March. Three days advance notice (prior to your arrival) is required if you would like to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of $150 per day to cover the propane usage/cost it incurs. The pool must be heated for the entirety of the reservation.

An exquisite, handcrafted home, blending contemporary with warm rustic elegance, in a Hill Country setting on 34 private acres. Relax on the porch in a rocking chair, enjoy snuggling up by the the indoor fireplace, read a book while soaking in the hot tub, or just do nothing at all - this is relaxation at its best!

The open living, kitchen, and dining areas make it convenient for your family and friends to enjoy quality time no matter where they prefer to hang out. The game room was designed with both kids and adults in mind. Enjoy a night of poker around the game table, a competitive game of shuffleboard, or bust one of the good old fashioned family board games. Although the home only has 4 bedrooms, the owners very thoughtfully and strategically created a way for groups as large as 13 guests to enjoy the space together comfortably. The outdoor amenities do not disappoint offering a grill area, outdoor fire pit, a brand new swimming pool!

PET POLICY: Pets are only allowed if they have been registered prior to your arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and a pet fee of $25.00 per pet, per night will be added once your pets are approved.

SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.

What a great ranch home! Lots of beds, lots of room, every kind of entertainment corn hole, frisbe golf, pool, and hot tub ( and we did them all ) . Tranquil and quite and close to anything you may want to do or need!

Great stay, just what we wanted.
My family and another family stayed here for spring break and it was just what we wanted. Private ranch type area for kids to run around with gated pool so the little ones were safe. (There was some road construction going on and they were technically on the land we were renting and using our gate, which I know is not the owners fault but we were not made aware of this) Heated pool was great for the kids during these cool spring days, it didn’t get very warm but they didn’t mind. You will have to have the pool heated during the entire stay which is not stated and didn’t fit in our plans. The rooms and beds are all very nice and clean. The carpet in the master is brand new and so soft! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Grill was spotless to cook on and hot tub was perfect for all!

My men's group stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we were looking for: clean, spacious, lots of space outside, nice kitchen, beautiful view. The owners were very responsive to whatever questions we had. We get together every year, and this is by far the best place we've found in several years. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here. The home is gorgeous, cozy and was perfect for the 6 of us. Beautifully appointed, comfy beds and linens were heavenly. Bathrooms are updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were heated and so much fun to enjoy on cold days. We'll be back!
