Horrible experience / Unprofessional host

The AC rattles and clangs, ripped shower curtain so water spills onto floor, one towel in the entire apartment, no bath mat, stinky coffee maker…BTW, this is not a “suite..” Its a connecting back bedroom unit. The ONLY window is a glass panel on the door, so very dark. Can’t open the door for some air because resident below cooks Hungry Man Dinners and the odors linger to this above unit. We needed a 30 day rental but could not stay here. The cancellation penalties were excessive and we ended up paying over $400 per night. When I asked the host to reevaluate the refund he/she ghosted me. I don’t recommend this place.
