This is a private home in gated community that provides spectacular views of Fountain Lake and McDowell Mountains. Home has 2 Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms, Office with guest bath. Home is bright and light. Recently painted and redecorated to include new mattresses on beds. Great Room concept with formal dining room. Kitchen is well stocked for someone who loves to cook with Kitchen Aid mixer, vitamin blender, Advantium microwave/convection oven, Double built in ovens. Bedrooms have high end linens and bathrobes. Patio has outdoor dining seating for 4, conversation seating for 8, as well as Kiva fireplace, with new outdoor grill and burner. 2 car garage. Community pool and workout center is 2 doors away.

Area has multiple golf courses, access to restaurants and walking trails.
HOA requires a minimum 2 month rental. Will consider year around furnished rental at reduced rate.

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this FH home. It had everything we needed for our stay from comfortable beds and furnishings to housewares to cleaning and laundry supplies and equipment, making it easy to keep tidy while relaxing and enjoying the views as advertised. Everything worked well, and the only appliance with a problem was fixed promptly. The host also responded quickly to any questions or concerns.We were pleased and surprised to receive a large basket of chocolates as a welcome gift!
