Welcome Home! Be the next to rent this beautifully renovated, modernized home with beautiful kitchen, amazing bathrooms and generous bedrooms and closets. Upstairs are four generous bedrooms, each with ample closet space. Come in and relax in this centrally located neighborhood - convenient ten minute trip for shopping, restaurants and military bases. This is the one!
Entire home is all yours to enjoy! Smart lock for entry with a custom code for your stay.
House Rules:
-NO smoking or vaping inside of home. Guests will be fined.
-NO parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 8 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by hosts)
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
-Check-in is anytime after 3pm
-Guests will be sent passcode morning of check in.
-Premises has cameras on the outside of property.
Check-out Instructions
-Check out is at 11am
-Place dirty dishes in dishwasher
-Leave dirty towels on floor and beds unmade
-Turn off all lights and TVs
-Double check belongings
-Take trash out to trash can
-Lock door by pressing "kwikset" on keypad
