Beautiful Penthouse

Wonderfully equipped, very clean and eloquent penthouse that is more than reasonably priced. Excellent host, cannot say enough good things about them. Only reason it is not a 5 star is the location. It's neighborhood was quiet for a city street but the neighborhood was not quite what we were used to. Used delivery for meals and groceries and it worked out great. Overall a very relaxing stay which is just what we needed.

This building is a historical protected landmark. The best is the amazing view of the Andes and it is located in the heart of the city near Metropolitan Cathedral, parks. This amazing space offers you comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. Everything is brand new - large kitchen with everything needed. New furniture and appliances from Samsung- LG. Everything is modern and fresh.
The view is amazing. It is no Poblado this property is in the heart of downtown Medellin.

What makes this property unique

La Candelaria - This is one of the coolest neighborhood of the year 2021 taking the 12th slot. There is a lot of beat in downtown Medellin that no other neighborhood can match. Here you can live the dynamic life of the city. It is lively, active, everything is short walking distance: the Bolivar Park, the Metropolitan Catedral, the bars, spa, beauty salon, coffee shops as Versailles, the restaurants, the pedestrian Boulevard of Junin, the Boulevard of la Playa, the museums, the Botero Plaza- You have it all in one place walking distance. The metro station (4 blocks), the Metro-plus ( 1 block) , the Tram ( 3 blocks away).
This is the best option because everything is 35% more affordable than el Poblado or Laureles.
