Beachside Villas 1022 - 3BR/2.5BA condo just steps from the beach!!!

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. Public boardwalk to the beach is located on the southside of the property. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffle board courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1022 sleeps 9. 1 King size bed, 1 Full sized bunk with twin on top,1 queen sized bed, and 2 Twin size beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Parking for 2 cars only.

Beachside Villas has a beach area west of the complex.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

After Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Love how accessible the management team was. Any issues were answered in a few minutes. They were very friendly. Loved that the two guest rooms had their own sink and toilet area. Grandson made use of the tennis courts each day. We walked on the beach-not too far to get to.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place to go with the family!

We enjoyed an amazing long weekend with the family. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean and the management team was available at all times and very kind.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in great shape upon arrival. Everything was spotless. The people I spoke with were super helpful and made our stay easy and hassle-free. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but they have a man who shuttles people to and from the beach in a golf cart who is only a phone call away. Beautiful beach and by far the best stay on the panhandle. We'll definitely be back!

2023 summer vacation

The place we stayed in was as advertised. The beach was amazing! It was all we wanted in a vacation and then some. We would definitely go there again.
