The main floor of the house features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bath, and an open-concept living space. The living room seamlessly flows into a dining area with seating for eight, while the kitchen opens onto a spacious deck, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Venture upstairs to discover another full bath and three bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay for everyone. The lower level of the house offers a welcoming family room, complete with a flat-screen TV and a bumper pool table. From here, you have direct access to the private beach and the dock, where you can dock a boat up to 25 feet in length.

This home is equipped with modern conveniences, including central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, wireless internet, and cable TV. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, and savor the flavors of outdoor cooking on the provided gas grill.
