+ Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues, or road closures that are out of our control.

+ When visiting a mountain town, it`s important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control.

+ We strongly encourage purchasing travelers insurance, especially in the winter months.

CHECK-IN after 4 PM unless earlier time is prearranged.
(If the night before is unbooked, early check-in may be available starting at 9 AM. Latest check-in is by 9 PM.)

- CHECK OUT at 10am unless later time is prearranged; property assistant will arrive at that time

- PARKING: We have parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles right in front of the cabin’s garage door

- KEY INFO: Keyless entry code will be the last four digits of phone number on file. If you lock the gated front door you must take a key out of the apple box next to front door.

- NON-SMOKING $200 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF SMOKING

- TRASH/RECYCLING: MUST separate trash from recycling; cabin has separate containers inside and out. CRR is fining us if there is trash in the recycling container and we will pass it on to you. Trash and recycling roll outs are to the right of the garage door. Roll outs go to curb Tues. night

- COFFEE: Traditional coffee maker, French press, we provide filters, grinder and ground coffee

- BATHROOM: Only flush #1, #2 and toilet paper…we are on a septic system. Plumbers’ fees will be incurred if you plug up the toilet with anything else. BE CONSERVATIVE WITH TOILET PAPER...TOO MUCH WILL PLUG THE TOILET

- CHECK-OUT sheet must be filled out before leaving; it is for your benefit, too!

We Loved Thr Cab’Inn

The house was great and had everything we needed. Our 2 year old daughter loved the playhouse in the backyard and our dog was able to run around freely in the backyard as well.

Wonderful & Snowy Getaway!!

The property was exactly as described, very clean, supplied with everything that made our stay very comfortable and it had that “just like home”feeling for us. The beautiful snow made our stay even nicer!!! Hosts were great with communication. As soon as we arrived my family & I knew that we had to come back for another stay, our grandson loved it here! Wonderful!

We were very pleased with this property and all of its amenities! The property owners were great and very quick to respond at all times! Our girls, ages 4 and 8, loved the second bedroom stocked with all kinds of books, toys and games! The large backyard with an adorable playhouse and fire pit were such a bonus!

Ski vacation enjoyment

Absolutely a pleasure to find such warm and user friendly environment. Very nice place to satay, close to the town amenities and 10 minutes from the ski resource. Our 4 years old grandson had no problem staying in a place that he was not familiar with, because the animal toys that he loves and playhouse in the backyard, just fitted in with the snow that had just stared falling when we arrived. Overall, the place will be on the top of our list for the next time.

Nice home, a few quibbles

Very good communication with the property manager. Everything was fine, especially the fenced-in yard and patio. The homeowners would be wise to install a low-pressure shower head in the bath; the water pressure throughout was very low, even for Wrightwood. Also, the bath tub did not have a mat, which we had to procure. There was also a lack of cooking pans in the kitchen. Some people may like the leather couches, but we and our guests found them lacking any foundation, practically un-sittable.

Perfect Space

My family had a great stay at Red Apple Cab'Inn for a long, ski weekend. Great communication with the hosts and managers before, during, and after our stay. The property was just the right size for our family of four including a 6 and 8 year old. This is a perfect space for a family as the 2nd bedroom was nicely decorated with kids books and filled with activities. House was stocked with everything we might have needed and in a very neat and organized manner. Thoughtful touches throughout made us feel very welcomed. Conveniently located just a few minutes down the road from Mt. High and from the main village area. It is worth noting there is no washing machine available in this home (it is reserved for owner use). We kind of took that for granted but this did not impact our stay in any way. Would definitely stay here again. Tempted to return during warmer weather and get outdoors. Thanks!
