Neighbors are quiet, mature, professional, chill and considerate of others.

Bathroom fully renovated with porcelain floors & a rain shower, barn door access. New ceiling fan + A/C unit -- both with remotes. Small herb garden. Outdoor seating under the beautiful mango tree. Laundry on property. 1 parking spot inside property (with remote).
