Perfect for year-round fun, you’ll be close to Ski Schweitzer Mountain Resort, which you can access through the free SPOT shuttle lot a few minutes away by car. Beautiful Lake Pend Oreille - Idaho’s largest lake, is a quick 10-minute drive to City Beach public swimming area. Mickinnick Trail Head, a moderately challenging seven-mile out and back, is a short stroll from home and offers premium views of the lake, town, and surrounding mountains. You're also a few minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and downtown Sandpoint, which is lined with unique shops and restaurants. Woodland Drive is plowed by Bonner County, so don't worry about getting snowed in during the winter either!

Inside the home, you’ll find a spacious interior with comfortable furnishings and a wood stove to keep things cozy. Lounge on the comfortable living room furniture and watch the smart TV, play music on the Sonos surround sound stereo system, play a vintage board game provided in the hall closet, or unwind and restore in the private hot tub off the back deck after your eventful day. The lower level also features its own smart TV, as well as a foosball table and a washer/dryer. Start up the wood stove and put a movie on in the background while playing some of the included games or reading a book, all available in the kitchen hall closets. The kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. A toaster oven, French press, coffee maker and grinder, Instant Pot, blender, and waffle iron are but a few of the amenities you'll find. The dining table easily seats eight. Or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio to take in the fresh mountain air. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms which also include luggage racks for added convenience during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
