Enter the spacious and elegantly decorated primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed & fold down full futon. An en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious bathtub and a separate walk-in shower for your relaxation. Walk-in closet providing ample storage space for your belongings. A cozy sitting area where you can unwind and enjoy some quiet time.

Second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. Ample storage space for your convenience, with closets and dressers. A serene ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Third bedroom that is ideal for accommodating family members or friends, featuring two twin-sized beds.

Thoughtfully decorated to create a comfortable and inviting space. Provides flexibility for different sleeping arrangements.

The loft space provides extra sleeping options, featuring a twin trundle bed and an additional futon couch for added comfort and convenience.

Fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Ample counter space and cabinets for preparing and storing meals. A convenient breakfast bar for quick bites or socializing while cooking.

Guests have the entire property to themselves.

McMenamin’s Edgefield; 7 minute walk. It’s a 100-acre that has a golf-course, restaurants, winery, brewery, shops, movie theater, bars, and the best summer concerts in Portland!

Historic Troutdale is a 12 minute walk. Restaurants, shops, bars, and just down the road from the Sandy River. You can bike to some amazing hiking areas in the gorge also.

Portland is 20-25 minutes away, by car.

The property is 15 minutes from the airport. Uber is available. There are also several bus stops within 100 yards

We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.

The beer keg is a special thing that when it’s refilled and running, but it’s not something that we advertise so therefore it’s not something that we refill on the regular. The owner who uses the home comes back quarterly and likes to surprise and delight, but it’s not something that we are able to keep up with at this time. Appreciate your understanding.

In case of Cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover the payment transfer costs.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safelydotcom to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

Hot tub rules:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules for using our hot tub:
* Rinse Before Entering: Please take a quick shower before entering the bathtub. This will help keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
* No Eating or Drinking in the Tub: For your safety and the cleanliness of the space, we request that you refrain from eating or drinking anything while using the tub.

The hot tub receives monthly professional servicing and have access to the property to perform the necessary maintenance.

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
