Upon entering this home, you will be stunned by the blue ocean view contrasting with terra cotta rooftops and lush palm trees. The decor is contemporary in style, featuring rich wood and cool blues for an elegant, upscale hotel feel.

***Please be advised that the large pool within the building will be undergoing essential repairs starting from April 15th, with an expected completion date of August 15th. During this period, access to the large pool will be unavailable. However, guests can still enjoy the facilities, as the smaller pool, roof area, and gym will remain open for use as usual.

The private condominium is located inside of one of the highest-regarded buildings in the Romantic Zone - Nayri Life and Spa. This condo has the BEST locations you could ask for. It's located on Basilio Badillo, also known as Restaurant Row, all the best restaurants are only steps away, as is the beach! 

The king-size bed is very comfortable and conveniently hosts a bedside table on each side. The large windowed sliding doors provide access to the wraparound balcony and allow you to wake up to the ocean breeze each morning. If you prefer to sleep in, the curtains can be lowered to block out the light.

The living area has a comfy couch to enjoy the views and breeze or to watch your favorite Netflix shows on the TV.

The kitchen's granite countertops and backsplash shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher for those who cook. Meals are best served at the dining table with seating for 4 or at the bar with 2 bar stools. Purified water is dispensed through the refrigerator, so no need to be lugging water jugs from the store.

There are 2 bathrooms, one full ensuite bathroom with a rain showerhead and one-half bath for guests.

Nayri Life and Spa is all about its common amenities. The development boasts a huge common area terrace complete with two swimming pools overlooking the ocean, a gym, two BBQs, multiple seating areas, and a spa area complete with a sauna, steam room, and showers with spa services on demand. Start your day with a massage or a facial, and you don't even need to leave the building to be pampered. The lobby is impressive in its own right, with a gigantic table made of a single piece of wood and a seating area to watch television on a massive big screen - 9 TVs are mounted together as one!

The Neighborhood

Nayri Life and Spa is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is a short walk, just 1 block west of Nayri. You'll find several restaurants and bars on the beach and a handful of activities to engage in, including parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, etc.

Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their faces on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

A team member will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Other things to note
THE LARGE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM APRIL 15TH THROUGH AUGUST 15TH, 2024 FOR MAINTENANCE REPAIRS.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
