105 Sail View is an exciting new building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries and just steps away from the famous Los Muertos beach. The rooftop terrace offers 360 degree views, a heated infinity pool, bar, jacuzzi, hammocks and loungers. Work out in the air-conditioned fitness center. There are work spaces throughout the building, a lounge and 24-hour security. Guests must be 25 years old to book this property.

Situated on the 8th floor this spacious one bedroom one bathroom condo is professionally decorated. You'll feel right at home with the king-size bed, flat screen TVs, high-speed internet, fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony and washer and dryer.

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

This place is ideally situated. Close to everything in the Zone Romantica but far enough way (4-5 blocks) to offer an escape from it's noise and bustle. The pictures show exactly what to expect including the lovely rooftop pool. We can't wait to come back.

Nice condo!

The condo is as described. We enjoyed our week long stay and love the Zona Romantica area. *Be aware that you have to provide your own drinking water.* I would recommend that you bring a few small bottles from the airport with you or stop and buy a large bottle or 2 on your way to check in.

Wonderful condo in the perfect location

Mary is super sweet. Condo was very nice, pool was great too! In the perfect location right downtown. I would go back to this condo again :)

It has a wonderful assortment of gathering spaces, fitness facilities, and an incredible rooftop terrace with a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi and bar with incredible views of Banderas Bay and all of Puerto Vallarta that is hard to match anywhere in town.
