This property was the perfect location for our Christmas gathering in Katy, TX. Exactly as advertised. Clean with modern decor. The communication with the owner was always prompt.

Great house, marginal neighborhood

The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the Apple TV! The outside area was not so good. No grass in back yard and patio not in good shape.

Comfortable

We enjoyed our weekend at this comfortable property. Everything you need is at this property. Just bring your food. Host provides plenty of towels. Communication with the host was also easy and replies were fast. We would stay here again if ever in Katy area again.
