The space
Enjoy an open floor plan allowing easy access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and pantry/laundry room. Separate office/den area provides work or entertainment (65" smart tv) area in comfort. Private patio and backyard add a sense of calm while enjoying fresh air. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the northern side of the house for maximum noise reduction.

Quiet. Central. A home run.

Simple check-in/check-out, REASONABLE cleaning fee, well-appointed property central to everything. No problems with all-night barkers or tire-squealers, all at a bargain rate. This is the one you want.
