Be steps away from their recent community murals, projects, and facade facelifts of our beautiful downtown area. Downtown is the heart of a community and thanks to them, we are thriving again. This is all just steps away from your fully equipped stay at Audrey's Place. The decor features pinks, teals, and floral prints which reflect the sunsets and sky of Florida. I hope that you enjoy this fun space for your special getaway. Fast Wi-Fi, private outside balcony, a full kitchen, onsite washer/dryer (is shared with another apartment), 11x3.5 bike and kayak closet, and couch bed allows for additional guests. Enjoy your stay!

Cute and convenient

This was perfect for our little road trip. It's right next to shops and restaurants, is clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed it. It is up metal stairs which we didn't have any problem with, but anyone less active than my 78 year old mom might have a little difficulty. Would definitely stay here again.

So sweet!

The property and the owner are adorable and very accommodating. Everything was very clean and cute, as well as being well equipped. The location is good too, because you can walk to many shops and eateries. Would highly recommend. Very affordable and a good bang for the buck! Would definitely stay again. Check out her other property as well, it's right next door to this one if you need a bigger space. 5 stars! 🤗

Christmas in Sebring

Mom and I visited Sebring to do some geocaching in the area. We were pleasantly surprised that the location of our room was on the corner of the circle where all the Christmas festivities took place! The room was clean and comfortable. The lounge on the porch was a great place to nap. It was nice to be able to leave the door open for some fresh Florida air! Lake Placid about 20 minutes south, was a town of beautiful murals! And Avon Park was a quaint area also!

Clean, fun, and comfy! Downtown Sebring is the historic part of Sebring and this building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and is one of the original buildings on the circle. I hope that you enjoy the properties' updates and your stay.

Nearby highlights include: annual events and festivals throughout the year. These happen just downstairs from where you are staying. Mon Cirque Wine Bar which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday nights. Local favorite spots to eat Mort & Edna's, Faded Bar & Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, The 301, Brewha's Burgers, and the Coffee Vault. Other notable areas in town are Highlands Lakeside Theatre, the Children's Museum of Highlands County, the Sebring Raceway, Florida's first state park which is Highlands Hammock, fishing, golf, local art galleries, the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts to name a few.
