Walk right into the enjoyable open living area where you'll find a nice big sectional, two large side chairs, end table with a lamp, TV and WIFI.
The dining area has a generous size dining table with seating for four, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3 with barstools.
The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, both a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig type coffee maker, everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is even a mini fridge, to help with smaller items.
BD1) Is right off the living area, it consists of a full over a full-size bed, a lamp and a small dresser. Down the hall off the kitchen is BD2) The master has a king size bed, night stands, lamps, a chest, a closet, a TV and WIFI. The en suite full bath has a walk-in shower and there is also a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
Across the hall is BA2) another full size bath with a tub / shower combo and granite sinks counter top. At the end of the hallway is BD3) It has two full size beds, a night stand, lamp and a closet.
The back porch, off the kitchen, leads down to a back yard oasis to relax, play and enjoy with family & friends. A private pool, giant Jenga game, Cornhole, picnic table, two other outdoor tables to gather at and a propane grill. You may never want to leave the back yard alone. Getting that 6 passenger golf cart for your entire stay will make it very convenient to cruise to the beach, shopping and dining that is very close by.

Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Please bring coffee and filters/K-cups.
