House in terrible shape, likely code violations

This property was the worse VRBO I have ever stayed in. Wiring was shoddy; couldn't use the microwave and toaster at same time. Kitchen poorly funished; no bath mats, ants, paint chipping, nail holes in walls, junk/garbage in garage and back yard, refrigerator had duct tape, missing shelving, cracked drawers, master toilet barely flushed and was not installed evenly or securely, no extra toilet paper, not enough sleeping pillows, garbage disposal didn't work, the list goes on; property manager says all is in working condition

Needs renovation and pest control

The entire backyard was full of weeds up to 3 feet tall. The exterior and the garage was in poor condition. Ants were crawling all over the house. One package of paper towels for 5 guests over 5 nights. Not enough toilet paper. No screen on the back sliding door. The window screens were bent so flying bugs came in to the house. On the other hand, the bathrooms and kitchen had modern appliances and there was a good supply of dishes and glasses.

Perfect for Families

This property was perfect for our needs while in town for Taylor Swift! We also visited San Francisco (about an hour drive) and Great America, which is right next to Levi's (10 min drive). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, the house was very clean, the beds felt brand new and the split air conditioner units in each room allowed us to each be as cool or warm as we wanted! The host was excellent with communicating the check in and check out process. No complaints here and if we're ever back in the area, we will be staying here again!

Nice house with big kitchen( with clean utensils) the location is not very far from the shops and restaurant. BUT it wuld be beautiful if they care more about the Garden and the garage.
